General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The given ultrasound scan suggests infective causes probably pelvic inflammation.

Nothing much to worry and it will respond well to antibiotics. The renal cysts are incidental finding and does not require any active treatment at all.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
