What Does This Ultrasound Scan Report Of Kidney Specify?

i had an ultrasound and multiple compact cyst were found on my left kidney i now have to go for a cystoscopyscan report says left kidney 132mm lenghth with good cortical thickness.no evidence of hydroneohrosis on top of left kidney an ill defined multi septated cistic area measuring 46 x 37 x 35 mm patient very tender in this area. right kidney measures 109 cm lenghth can you tell me if i could have cancer

I really appreciate your concern, given report can not rule out the malignancy although it may not be like that but for the differentiation first is clinical condition then comes the imaging study and biopsy, cytology these are the procedure being carried out in suspected case of malignancy hope this information helps.
