Hello,

Your Ultrasound report shows bulky (larger than normal size) uterus. You have two types of fibroids, some are subserous and some are intramural. Intramural fibroids grow within the muscular uterine wall. Subserous fibroids occur within serous membrane of the uterus, they may bulge into the uterine cavity.

The fibroids are moderate in size. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist, fibroids can cause complications in pregnancy like pre mature labor, tummy pain during pregnancy, etc. Complications depend on the size and location of the fibroid. However, women with fibroids are able to have a fairly normal pregnancy with vaginal delivery. Get connected to a gynecologist and get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
