Hello doctor, I did my ultrasound scan on 04 August 2015 and the profile shows a live intrauterine fetus in cephalic presentation with normal somatic movements and cardiac pulsations. Placenta is fundo-anterior grade-3 away from the os. Liqour is adequate.AFI-12 cm Gestational parameters are:- BPD= 89 mm-36weeks 3days Hc=321mm-36weeks2days AC =321mm-36weeks4days FL=69mm-35weeks 4days FRH=156BPM Average gestational age 36weeks2days EDD(AUA)=24aug 2015 Estimated fetal weight 2899+-434 grams. In impression it is showing everything is normal but I just want to know that is it possible that I can go for normal delivery.because my doctor is saying that baby s weight is big.My age is 31yrs and I have a gestational diabetes but my sugar levels are under controlled.my height is 5feet.my current weight is 57kg.before pregnancy it was 47.5kg.doctor is saying that my age is more n height is short so I am having more chances of c section.but I want normal delivery because as of now everything is fine.As per doctor my EDD is 16aug2015 but in report it is showing24aug so which date should I consider.my LMP is 9 nov 2015. Blood sugar test was done on 27 june2015. FBS was 88mg/dl Post prandial blood sugar was 85mg/dl. I am taking glucophage one tablet before breakfast. On 11th August again doctor will see my latest report which of blood sugar level and ECG reports theses tests I have to do before that day.and that day she will decide whether go for c-section or we can wait for normal delivery.my BP is also normal throughout in my pregnancy.I am very active going for walk daily,exercising daily in the morning(breathing and pelvic floor). Please suggest is there any possiblity of having normal delivery according to my reports and details. What you will suggest please give your opinion.
