General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The given ultrasound suggest the possibility of uterine fibroids. These are common tumors which are non cancerous and generally harmless and very common in females. If you have symptoms like pain to bleeding they have to be removed by surgery. Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
