uterus is normal in size but a small hypoechoic lesion is seen in anterior walls, measuring 1.3x1.0cm in size. Impression:: Anterior uterine wall myoma....................what is the meaning of it , patient is a female 54yrs age. iam thankful if u can give clarity of it.

Hello madam/sir, welcome to medical care magic.It is just a benign tumour formed out of muscle. As she doesnt hav to become pregnant at this age, and if monthly periods flow also normal, she doesnt have to worry.
