General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it is ultrasound of pelvis plus adnexa. No, there is no need to worry, it is just normal. Everything written here is various dimensions of different structure. It is just normal ranges of different things. Yet, I'm suspicious why you get this USG done. Anyhow, no need to worry everything is normal.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abhishek Khera, General Surgeon
