What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

HI, My wife USG report shows: Single live foetus in changing lie. During real time examination the foetus shows normal somatic movements and regular cardiac activity. (FHR : 138 beats/min) (POA : 19 weeks 01 day; LMP = 14.04.2017). Foetal biometry : BPD = 43.3 mm. : 19 weeks 01 day. FL = 34.4 mm. : 20 weeks 06 days. AC = 144.2 mm. : 19 weeks 05 days. HC = 160.9 mm. : 18 weeks 06 days. Average sonological maturity 19 weeks 06 days. USG EDD - 16.01.2018 Expected foetal weight could be around 332 gms. PLACENTA – Placenta is posterior in location, well away from internal os, showing Grade - O maturity. Retroplacental space is normal. Amniotic fluid is adequate. No gross congenital anomaly seen at present. Internal OS is closed. Cervix is normal. ANOMALY SCAN HEAD : Normal shape. No ventriculomegaly. No cystic lesion in posterior fossa. No parenchymal calcification. Midline septa is present. Cisterna magna is normal. FACE: No micrognathia. No cleft lip or palate. Nasal bone is present. Interorbital distance is normal. C-V JUNCTION: No cystic lesion. No evidence of neural tube defect. Nuchal fold thickness is normal. SPINE : No evidence of nuchal tube defect. No sacral agenesis. No gross deformity. CHEST : No evidence of diaphragmatic hernia. No cystic lesion . No pleural effusion. HEART : Normal size, normal axis. Four chambered. Inflow and outflow tract of ventricles are normal. ABDOMEN : Normal fluid is seen in stomach and urinary bladder. No hydronephrotic or multicystic change in kidneys. No double – bubble sign. Small gut loops not dilated. No ascities. ANTERIOR ABDOMINAL WALL : No omphalocele or gastroschisis seen. LIMBS: No bony dysplasia. No evidence of sirenomelia. No talipes-equinovarus. IMPRESSION : Single live foetus in changing lie. Sonological maturity 19 weeks 06 days. Adequate amniotic fluid. No gross congenital anomaly seen at present. Please Let me know All is well.....!!

all the parameters of your baby are normal
and baby is developing normally
lie is changing ..as a rule the child is not fixed in position in uterus and it keeps on changing position ..it is normal
