What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
I just had a call back for further testing (spot magnification, lateral and ultrasound) with these findings. What is your opinion? TISSUE COMPOSITION: The breast tissue is heterogeneously dense, which could obscure detection of small masses. Asymmetric density with distortion upper outer middle third right breast. Just posterior and inferior to this is a partially circumscribed oval mass measuring up to 2 cm set.Small cluster of calcified and upper outer middle third left breast.

So you can investigate with FNAC (if needed USG guided) to rule out nature of lesion means infective or neoplastic
Mostly it will be Benign fibroadenoma like lesion
Consult general surgeon for examination and further work up accordingly
