What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
hi hsg report is: right fallopian tube is opacified in its entire extent,apprears patent and normal in size.nohydrosalpinx.free peritonial spillage is noted on right side. left follopian tube is opacified in its proximal 1/3rd extent and spillage is not seen on the left side. can you please help me to understand the report meaning.please

May be your left fallopian tube is ocluded but you don't have to worry. Usually the other fallopian tube even if the left is occluded can get you pregnant. But if it is occluded you have to be careful because the ectopic pregnancy is higher.
