Hi,

As per your ultrasound scan there is mild raise in renal cortical echoes. This means renal parenchymal disease with maintained CMD. There are many causes of renal parenchymal disease. It can be due to diabetes or if you are on medication for long while and many more conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shalu Mishra
