What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Good day.. Im jenny.. Just got the result of my transvi ultrasound. and i just want to know what is the meaning of these impressions... impressions are: anteverted normal sized uterus with myoma, left posterolateral intramural measuring 1.61x1.16x1.26cm/ thickened endometrium with cystic spaces consider hyperplastic changes/polycystic pattern right ovary, follicle cyst left ovary/no free fluid in the suc de sac. your help will greatly be appreciated.. = Myoma is a benign tumor of the uterus, also known as fibroid. The one described is of relatively small size. If its causing no symptoms, it can be left untreated.

= Polycystic pattern right ovary means there are multiple small cysts (follicles), that can be an element of polycystic ovary disease (PCO). This has to be correlated clinically.

= Otherwise, all are normal observations.
