Hi My wife have a heavy bleeding for 3 weeks I took her to emergency because I could not find a gyn doctor to see her They fond thats her uterus is antevted and measures 8.9x4.9x5.4 cm the myometrium is homogeneous. The endometrial strip is thickened likely filled with blood and measures up to 17 mm Till know I can t find a gym doctor the first available is 4 weeks from now Can she wait with the bleeding she have

It seems a bulky uterus and AUB.
Ask her to Put an ice pack on her abdomen for 20 minutes at a time, several times a day when bleeding is especially heavy.
Give her oral iron and vitamin C supplements.
Tranexaemic Acid thrice a day will help.
