General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The multiple ovarian follicles may be part of mid-menstrual cycle show up if the same period co-relate with the USG date as there are developing follicles during this period or the period beyond that, one may think of polycystic ovarian disorder from various reasons.
* The endometrial thickness can be from early pregnancy changes, inflammatory issue related or else.
* Kindly provide all further necessary details about LMP, associated features so that better depiction of the case can be possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
