What does this ultrasound report indicate?

good day im ruth 30 yrs old and my ultrasound diagnosis says pregnancy uterine, live, singleton in cephalic presentation with estimated age of gestation of approximately 32week[s] and 0 day[s] by biometry. placenta; posterior,high lying,grade2 amniotic fluid; normohydramnios.

I understand your concern.
Based on the ultrasound report you have furnished, it states that there is a single viable pregnancy of 32 weeks, which is based on the fetal development parameters. Fetus is lying with head downwards, which is considered to be normal. Placenta is high lying towards back side and showing normal maturation with Grade 2. Fluid surrounding the fetus is also adequate.
Hence, the report can be considered as normal at this stage. Kindly do the necessary follow-up as advised by your consulting doctor.
