What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Had a transvag ultrasound done. I have a gestational sac in my uterus but no fetal pole within it. My sac size measurement are small for my last cycle. I think I m off on my last cycle. I also had very light pink spotting. My decidual reaction is present what does all of this mean.

Hello welcome to HCM. The reactions of the uterus to recieve the fetus like thickening of the wall is ssen. The protective covering is also seen but the fetus inside is not seen. As the information about the duration when this scan has been taken is not given, it is difficult to tell whether you have to wait for one more week. You are saying spotting is there which indicates that it might be just a sac without fetus,so there will be bleeding indicating abortion. Take care
