I AM 29 YRS OLD I AM TRYING TO CONCIEVE MY REPORT AS FOLLOWS ML 4YRS LMP 16 DAY UTERUS RV RF NS 80*40*32MM ENDOMETRIAL ECHO 7-8 MM EARLY PROLIFERATIVE C x 23MM AP NO MASS RT OVARY 32 x 18MM WITH 10mm ONE DOMINENT FOLLICLE LT OVARY 38 x 23mm WITH DOMINENT FOLLICLES OF 10 & 17mm NO FREE FLUID IN POD

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you something that pregnancy is natural phenomenon more than physiological one and it is depends upon some factors like presence of ovum and sperm at the time of coitus, and some time even everything are favorable conception does not happens and some time with obvious abnormality conception takes place, so keeping this in mind just keep trying for this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
