What Does This Ultrasound Of Uterus Indicate?

I just had a transvi utz. It says. The Uterus is anteverted, midline, with heterogenous echopattern and irregular contour. It measure 8.6 x 7.1 x 7.4 cm (corpus + myoma). Two (2) myoma were seen: M1 is a confluence of left antero-lateral lobuted subserous masses, measuring 6.2 x 5.5 x 5.1 cm. with intramural component and M2 is mid posterior intramural, measuring 2.5 x 2.0 cm. Please kindly interpret in laymans term. Thank you.

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
well it simply meas that you have two fibroids . the bigger one is 6 x5 cm , pretty large and on outside of the utrus attached to its wall which is partially embedded in the muscle layer of uterus. the second fibroid is on the back wall of uterus but completely inside the muscle layer and also 2.5 x2 cm.
Both can be removed by laparoscopic myomectomy if you are symptomatic with painful menses and menorrhagia .
