What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Mean?

Hi i am 29 years old my lmp is oct. 19. I had may serum bloof test sept. 18 to detect if i am pregnant and the result is positive . On sept. 22 i have bleeding very light for 2 days. U underwent tvs impression . Polycystic left ovary, nirmal uterus with decidual endometrium, normal right with corpus luteum. Obgyne suggest to undergo tvs after 2 weeks and to have blood test for serum beta hcg titer with result of 5iu/L

Hello,

Initial implantation bleed of minor amount is quite common among many of the young pregnant ladies. It is best recommended for follow up ultrasound with beta HCG rise evaluation over a period of 2 weeks to decide further course of actions.
