What Does This Thyroid Test Results Post Total Thyroidectomy Indicate?
I have had a total thyroidectomy and take thyroxine 125 mg in the morning (dropped down to this a week ago) my latest results are TSH 0.09 and free T4 16.4 but feel utterly exhausted all the time? Also I have a small coffee with milk half an hour or do after taking my pills. Any advice on the interpretation of these results would be gratefully received. Also could the fatigue be related?
