What Does This Thyroid Test Result Indicate?
My wife is Pregnant now and 100 days before she has detected Thyroid. We started madicine 25mcg thyronorm . Recently we have done test to check thyroid status and these was the result .TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) C.L.I.A 12.7 μg/dl 4.5 - 12.0.Kindly suggest on report.. Do we need to continue with same madicine..

Hello,
You should not stop medication without doctor advise. The TSH level is more important rather than T4 level only. So I suggest you get investigated with serum TSH level as which should be between 2-3.
If TSH falls below normal range like less than 0.5 than dose should be reduced.
