What Does This Test Result Of Ovary Indicate?
hello sir , pls explain what is hypo-echoic mass of 40*30 mm with cystic inside is seen in the right lateral wall just close to right right ovary however appears separate from ovary .another small sub-serous fibroid of 24*15 mm size is noted left lateral wall. pls revert me back. thank you .

The pelvic UGS shows presence of cystic lesion in ovary measuring 4x3 cm. This cystic lesion can cause pressure on surrounding structures, menstrual irregularities and pelvic pain. There is presence of small fibroid measuring 2.4 x1.5 cm in uterine wall. This fibroid can also cause menstrual irregularities, pelvic pain and pressure on surrounding structures.
