What Does This Test Result From X-ray Indicate?

I am 23 year old and have pain in my neck and shoulder... Went to the doctor and had and x ray that said Seven non rib-bearing cervical type vertebral bodies are present. There is no evidence of fracture or malalignment . There is a slight straight ng of normal lordotic curvature. The prevertebvral soft tissue are within normal limits. degenrtaive minor degenrtaive changes are present at c4-5 on the right with margin spur formation and unconvertebral joint spurring. Similar degenerative changes are seen at c5-7 on the left. Disc spaces and facet joints are otherwise maintained. The neural foramina patent bilaterally.Inpressions Minimal mid cervical degenertive disc changes as outlined. Otherwise unremarkable cervical spine. What does this exactly mean? I don t quite understand the report as it is in medical terms. Is this something to worry about? Will it get worse? I do takewondo and would like to know if I can continue. I am seeing a physical therapist and has me doing exercises at home.I do have pronated feet. The left is more pronated and shows almost no arch when lying down. The right shows an arch when lying down. The left is bering more weight thus pain in the left arch when walking for a long time. Thanks
