What Does This Stress Test Report Of An Elderly Person Specify?

My 91 y/o father just had a spect stress test, results showed mild inferolateral ischemia. Non symptomatic, with an EF of 55%. He is a little bradycardic with rate 54-58 bpm. His is ESRD on dialysis, borderline type 2 diabetic very well controlled with oral meds. My question is, I do not think this is too serious for a man his age and is this expected age related? His cholesterol levels are great, better than mine , should I be overly concerned, also he is NSR.

Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
At 91,Spect stress test, showing ischemia, isn't a healthy sign,as your cardiologist, would've explained to you. An EF of 55%, is quite healthy. Bradycardia is expected. His full echo scan isn't mentioned.
D.M.with CAD with ESRD, isn't healthy, when dialysis is done, as it can cause fluctuations in B.P.If he's had MI(infarction),or angioplasty,it isn't desirable.
This will cause further stress to the dialysis team, as they've to watch out for fluid and electrolytes management, along with kidney function(creat).
