What Does This Stool Test Result Indicate?

Hello Doctor, what does the below report mean? Kindly can you help. Specimen Stool. Macroscopic Appearance Brown, Unformed, mucus present. MICROSCOPIC EXAMINATION. Wet Mount Pus cells 10-15/hpf. CULTURE REPORT,ORGANISM ISOLATED No Pathogenic organism isolated.

however;
you did not mention - the associated symptoms?
diarrhea?
constipation?
abdominal pain?
history of IBS or "IBD"?
colonoscopy done?

what is your age and gender?

as per now, advise is to consult a gastroenterologist to know your comprehensive history and presentation and advise further course of action accordingly.
