Hi Doctor. I am 65 year old patient suffering from intermittent loose motions for the last over a year. My stool tests have not revealed anything. My Colonoscopy done at Max Patparganj shows Submucosal lymphoid hyperplasia, with No Granuloma / Neoplasia seen. Please advise further course of action as to how should I proceed now?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, passing a stool three to four time in day could be normal one, the findings given here is not indicative of any pathology and this is least concern with diarrhea that you are having, hydration is matter here, and second important is, infection and for that you need to send the stool for culture and sensitivity test, hope this information helps, take care.
