General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is suggestive of 'swimming pool related' diarrhea. Based on the given history your daughter seems to be suffering from swimming pool-related diarrhea. Swimming in contaminated water contains some germs and accidentally swallowing some of it results in infection. She needs to be evaluated by a child specialist for appropriate treatment which also includes oral re-hydration solution to correct the dehydration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
