WHAT DOES IT MEAN: DIFFUSE OSTEOPENIA WITHOUT FRAACTURE OF DESTRUCIVE OSSEOUS LESION EVIDENT. THE VERTEBRAL BODY HEIGHTS ARE MAINTAINED. THERE IS MILD C4-5 AND MODERATELY SEVERE C5-C7 DEGENERATIVE DISC NARROWING AND SPURRING. TERE IS TRACE ANTEROLISTHESIS OF C3-4 AND TRACE RETROLISHESIS OF C5-6 ALIGNMENT IS OTHERWISE NORMAL. MILD MULTILEVEL CERVICAL FACET ARTHROPATHY IS NOTED there IS NO SOFT TISSUE ABNORMALITY.

I really appreciate your concern, the given report is suggestive of degenerative disease of cervical spine and it needs to be correlated with clinical condition for which the test being done some time it may be silent in feature or some time have some neurological symptoms hope this information helps.
