As per your semen analysis report you have semen volume of 5 ml & sperm count of 66 million per ml, which is normal. As per motility, Rapid progressive motile sperms are only 10% of total sperms, 20% are slow progressive motile, 15% are non progressive motile & rest 55 % are non-motile or dead. As per morphology 70% sperms are of normal shape & rest with abnormal shape with head abnormality in 15% & tail shape abnormality in 10% of sperms You also have 2-3 number of exudate per high power field which are not significant All together you semen analysis report shows that you should be suffering from asthenospermia or low sperm motility.
