What Does This Serum Blood Test Report Indicate?
I did a serum blood test I had positive result but d ultrasound scan revealed that POD/ADNEXAE:bilateral adnexal inflammation, with tissue reaction and loss of organ interface between pelvic structures. Cystitis, Acyesis, PID with left ovarian (serous) cyst Adenoma. Am I pregnant ? can any drugs be taken the early pregnancy that will not affect my pregnancy ?thanks

The report did not say anything about the gestational sac, did not say anything about the presence of fetus so this can be pregnancy, if you wan to clear the doubt or main concern is pregnancy then just ask for it only its all, and no other parameters, hope this information helps, take care.
