Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of semen analysis report is as follows:
The physical characters: color and volume are within normal range.
The motility of sperms shows that 30% are immotile and rest 70% are motile.
Motility of 7)% is within normal limit.
90% sperms having normal morphology is also normal.
A count of 28.5 million/ mL is also a normal finding.
Pus cells and epithelial cells are negligible.
Thus, the parameters mentioned above are within normal range.
