Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to these semen analysis result you have semen volume of 1 ml & sperm count of 18 million per ml which is lower than normal. As per motility active motile sperms are 50%, 10% are sluggish motile & rest 40% are non motile. As per shape 70% sperms are of normal shape & rest 30% are of abnormal shape with head defect, tail defect & mid piece defect in each 10 % of sperms.
There is also presence of 8 white blood cells & occasional Red blood cell under high power field of microscope.

So all togethar your semen analysis report, you have oligospermia or slight reduction in sperm count. There is also presence of white blood cells in semen which is also thought to affect fertility. These both should be the reason of infertility problem you are facing

Refer to his physician
Hope this information helps
