General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your semen analysis report is normal except for the pus cells. Your semen analysis report shows pus cells in increased number. So it can be due to inflammation of the prostate or seminal vesicle most likely.

I suggest you take Levofloxacin for two weeks. There is no need to worry as far as sperm count, motility and Morphology is concerned.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
