Sir my semen details. Active motile 0% ;Sluggish motile 0% ;Non motile0% ; Volume 1.5ml ; Viscosity -thin; COLOR-OPAQUE GREY ; Time to liquid -15min;Reaction- alkaline ;Epi -3 -5ml/HPF ;RPC - 0 -2 ml/HPF Total sperm count - AZOOPERMA.please help me how to improve and expect your valuable suggestions. Hi,
After going through your report, I can say your sperm count is less. You can improve it by diet and lifestyle modifications. Don't drink alcohol and Don't do smoking. Do 30 min physical exercise everyday. Avoid spicy and junk food. Take some medicine to improve your sperm count. Take fenugreek supplement. Have vitamin D and calcium supplements also.
