What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Please advise what my semen analysis report says.Volume : 2 mL Colour : Greyish white Viscosity : Normal Self Liquefaction Time : 30 minutes Chemical Examination : Reaction : Alkaline Microscopic Examination : SPERM COUNT (Million/µl) : 24millions sperm / ml (Normal range 20 - 150 millions/ ml ) Active forward motility : 30% Sluggish motility : 15% Microscopic Examination : Non motile : 55% Morphology : Normal : 70% Abnormal : 30% P Pus cells : 12-14/hpf Epithelial cells 4-5/hpf Impression : Normozoospermia

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your sperm morphology and number is normal..

But motility is borderline normal... Normally active mobile sperm should be 32% at least and non mobile sperm usually not exceed 10%.

And pus cells here present in semen, so treatment for infection is needed

If needed culture done along with urine examination to choose proper drug

Avoid taking stress

Avoid excess heat exposure and hot shower

Multivitamin tablets can be prescribed

Avoid smoking, alcohol and eat healthy diet with more fruits
