Colour & Appearance : Milky white (Creamish ) Viscosity : Normal Liquefaction time : 30 minutes ( normal 30 minutes ) Microscopic Examination : Total Sperm count : 28 ( 50 – 200 millions/ml.) Motility: Actively motile : 40 % Sluggishly motile : 20 % Non – motile : 40 % Pus cells : Rare

Understand your concern
Compare your semen analysis with normal semen result:
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ____________2.0____Normal
Appereance: greyish white__________________normal
Liquifaction time: 20-30 minutes__________30 minutes__normal
Total Sperm count:40-300 million________28 million__lower, oligospermia
Active motile sperm : should be 50% motile at one hour after ejaculation__60% __normal
Pus cell: up to 5 ___________Normal

So according to semen analysis you have lower sperm count.
I advice you to consult the infertility specialist and go for following investigations: Reproductive hormone analysis, Color doppler of USG.
Doctor give you following advice:
Avoid stress, do regular exercise like walking and yoga
Take healthy diet, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables, drink plenty of waters,
Tablet clomiphene citrate, tablet Co Q and capsule revital.
