General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history all of sudden having this much high pules rate requires evaluation of his case.
This can be due to stress or anxiety.
There might be having some cardiac problem like Supra venticular tachycardia or Auricular fibrilation.
Consult physician as soon as possible and get examined.
He might require EKG, Echo and cardiac enzyme test.
Meanwhile give him complete rest.
Ok and take care.
