General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to uterine fibroids or any benign uterine growth and may need to be correlated clinically.

That if causing compression symptoms to surround organs and pain, etc or associated with heavy vaginal bleeding, may need to be intervened surgically and biopsy etc may be required.

A gynecologist review in this regard may be helpful. For ovarian follicles it can be normal physiological growths etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
