What Does This Pelvic Ultrasound Report Indicate?

I had an pelvic ultrasound in August 2017 that identified my right ovary as being 1.5cc and another pelvic ultrasound in November 2017 of 7.6 cc. Is that a normal situation. I also have an increase of my uterus from 125cc in August to 135cc in November raising the possibility of adenomyosis. Left ovary was not visualised in either scan. Endometrium was 5mm in August and 6 mm in November. Had three cervical polpys removed on 1/09/17 with lots of clots that needed ablation. Continued bleeding resulting in iron levels of 4 and Ferritan of 7. Started HRT a couple of weeks ago with good effect. Appreciate any comments.
