Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have had an extensive health history. A couple years ago I went to Obgyn because of my irregular periods and bad pain and bloating. I had an pelvic ultrasound and the Dr told me that there were three small masses found on my uterus. I was supposed to get a needle inserted to remove a mass and get it tested. I got a bit scared and have been trying to live a healthy lifestyle by eating better exercising and I have been taking a lot of natural vitamins. I still have irregular periods pain and bloating but I now notice that there are black tissue like substances in toilet after urination not sure if it is from urine or if it is Vaginal discharge. I guess my question is if it is a uriniary problem are there any natural remedies to help
Masses in uterus are called fibroid, benign growth affecting menstrual pattern. Passage of blackish tissue can be part of urinary infection or cervicitis, vaginitis from gynecologist infection. Following guidelines will help you: - Drink more liquids - Cranberry sachet or pills - More of citrus containing fruits - Chewable vitamin C tablets - Prescription antibiotics with your primary care - Hysterectomy surgery if required for multiple fibroid
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
