Hello,

Your scan report probably says your suffering increased endometrial thickness with polycystic ovaries with right hemorrhagic cyst. But report has to be correlated with the symptoms. So please consult with your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
