What Does This Pelvic Scan Report Mean?

Dear doctor,my last child is 7 years now & I have been trying hard to get pregnant again, I have two children. I went for a pelvic scan, & the result as follows: A normal sized uterus with uniform nyometrial echotexture measuring about 48mm in its widest, no obvious uterine cyesis, no uterine myoma noted on scan,pouch of Douglas contains moderate fluid collections. Please help.

The ultrasound of the uterus is within normal limits, there are no obvious abnormalities seen on the report.

You may also need assessment of the tubes to make sure that they are open and also blood tests for hormone levels.

Your partner may also need semen analysis as wells since infertility can be due to female factors, male factors or a combination of both.
