The smear shows moderate gram negative coccobacilli in singles,pairs and chains.few gram negative bacilli in singles,pairs and in short chains.rare gram positive cocci in singles,pair and i chains.many epethelial cells seen.moderate pus cells noted. I think you are suffering from a bacterial infection possibly gonorhea. You may need to take oral azythromycin and possibly intravaginal ovuls such ploygynax.
