What Does This Lumbosacral CT Scan Report Indicate?
I recently had a CT of the lumbosacral spine w/o contrast. Impression is:1. 6mm degenerative anterolisthesis of L5 relative to S1.2. Areas of endplate sclerosis & articular irregularity are present from L1 thru L3 w/small anterior & posterior osteophytes. 3. No evidence for critical stenosis.An older xray (8/27/14) found pars defects on the rt side of the L4 and L5 segments.I am 62 yrs old and, otherwise, in good health. What would you consider a typical course of action and an estimated timeline?

1. Firstly since there is no critical stenosis, an operative management is ruled out.
2. These kind of changes tend to occur in old age.
