What Does This Lab Report Indicate?

1. No evidence for labral tear or high-grade chondromalacia. 2. No fracture or osteonecrosis. 3. Mild greater trochanteric bursal edema 4. Small amount of pelvic free fluid is probably physiologic BONES: Lumbar spine: Facet osteoarthritis. Sacroiliac joints: The SI joints are symmetric and normal. Symphysis pubis: Minimal spurring Bones: There is no fracture or marrow replacing lesion. There is no abnormal bone marrow edema. There is no osteonecrosis. There is prominence of the red marrow. What does the red morrow mean? Wondering what treatments are needed? Injury happened 2009 surgery of labral tear back in 2010 right leg is numb and back is killing me lately. I refuse percocet I fly unmanned aerial systems FAA rules. what are my options for treatment?

there are few degenerative changes in your bones, that might be age related.
red marrow in our bones is responsible for production of our blood cells. in adults, red marrow is reduced in quantity normally. if the red marrow increases in amount it means that the patient is suffering from chronic blood loss or has suffered from blood loss in past.
you need to get your CBC done to look for any causes of anemia.
