What Does This Histopathology Test Result Indicate?

Hello doctor...this is my mother in laws histopathology report can you please tell me what does it say....it says....endometrium showing many small simple tubular glands lined by cuboidal or low columnar epithelial cells. The stroma is cellular and shows normal mitotic activity. Congested capillaries and small foci of haemorrhage are seen. Can u help ? Thank you.
