What Does This Following Lab Report Indicate?

moderate numbers of superficial and intermediate cells. endocervical cells not seen. metaplastic cells are seen. large numbers of polymorphs are presents. bacterial flora consisting of cocci and bacilli. yeast cells seen. evidence of monilia infection (++) no evidence of malignancy or dysplasia.

You are having infection with candida fungus in genitalia.

For that topical clotrimazole can be beneficial.

It's advisable to maintain peesonal hygiene.

I suggest you consult gynecologist for pelvic examination.
