General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, size of ovary and possible ovulation do differ as per the underlying levels of FSH, LH and estrogen levels.

So one can not predict simultaneous changes of ovary size, follicle discharge same rhythm every time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
