General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There multiple anomalies involving brain and spinal cord with lower limb deformities detected, it may be due to some congenital syndrome.

Consult a feral medicine specialist and get evaluated, possibilities of medical abortion can be discussed as baby may not be able to sustain life after birth.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
