Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your stool examination report seems to be normal

Bacteria present that could be from contamination or normal bacteria flora from intestine

pus cells are within limit , so don't worry

You can take probiotic tablet containing lactobacillus

Avoid excess spicy foods

Take yogurt more in diet

Semisolid diet preferable

ciprofloxacin and metronidazole drug prescribed if no improvement in few days

Drink more water to maintain hydration

ORS should be taken to maintain electrolyte balance

Take care

Hope this will help you
